Mechanical Engineer with 7 years professional experience.

I am not just an engineer by profession — engineering is my identity.
For me, every challenge feels like an equation: balancing constraints, resources, and creativity to find the most effective solution.

This mindset began long before I earned my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Batam and my Bachelor’s degree from Universitas Batam. As a kid, I wasn’t chasing grades — I was driven by curiosity. I built wooden boats from scrap, modified bicycles, crafted bamboo fishing rods, and experimented with anything I could get my hands on. That spirit of curiosity became the foundation of who I am today: an engineer who doesn’t just accept problems, but thrives on solving them.

Professionally, I’ve worked across oil & gas, electronics, and manufacturing industries, specializing in mechanical design, robotics, equipment reliability, and large-scale CAPEX projects. My experience includes:

  • Done multi-million-dollar plant upgrades that improved safety, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Designing and validating equipment using CAD/CAE, FEA, and advanced simulations.
  • Exploring R&D through projects like a 6-DOF robotic manipulator built with 3D-printed components, Arduino-based control, and kinematic modeling.

What sets me apart isn’t just technical skills — those can be taught. It’s the mindset and passion I bring. While many approach engineering as responsibility, I live it as purpose. I see systems where others see chaos, trade-offs where others see roadblocks, and opportunities where others see limitations.

Because for me, engineering isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
